Load and unload mail trucks, sometimes lifting containers of mail onto equipment that transports items to

stations.
Operate various types of equipment, such as computer scanning equipment, addressographs, mimeographs, optical character readers, and bar-code
sorters.
Weigh articles to determine required
postage.
