MSA has an opportunity for a Team Leader - Engineering at any of the following offices: Baraboo, WI, Madison, WI, Mequon, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Duluth, MN, or St. Paul, MN. This person will provide management to a high performing team focused on landscape architecture, waterfronts, and recreational development projects. They will be expected to scope and fee project efforts, work directly with clients and aid in mentoring existing staff. The work you may do Team management including mentoring, professional development of team, managing workload of staff, setting priorities, managing the team resources, and team financial management.
