JOB REQUIREMENTS: Finance Manager Supply Chain (Hybrid) - FINAN005260
*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon Thurs).
The Finance Manager Supply Chain position at Lands\' End will be
responsible for various financial and analytical responsibilities
providing senior leadership guidance on financial expectations through
predictive analytics, product costing, network strategy, and strategic
planning. Primary responsibilities will be focused on achieving
financial visibility to the company\'s supply chain strategies related
to cost productivity, changes in supply chain operational models as well
as strategic and annual planning. Additional responsibilities include
value added ad hoc analytics, continuous improvement projects and
leveraging systems. Responsibilities * Product Costs - Finance Business
Partner and Annual Planning * Be a proactive business partner,
providing recommendations based on data analytics and driving decisions
between business functions and finance * Identify trends and develop
data driven recommendations to drive decisions Senior Leadership reviews
* Lead and own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning related
to Product COGS inclusive of inventory and supply chain planning,
logistics and indirect costs * Provide ad hoc analytical support as
required. Continuous improvement mindset driving productivity in
business processes and predictive analytics * Manage existing financial
analyst and continue to develop and champion future team growth *
Network & Distribution Finance Business Partner * Collaborate on key
strategic initiatives, driving analytics, supporting projects, and
delivering and supporting presentations * Ensuring value creation and
key performance indicators are identified and tracked during pro-forma
business cases as well as execution * Serve as a key partner to the
Supply Chain Leadership team, providing clear and effective decision
support, thought leadership, information flow and overall financial
guidance * Provide ad hoc analytical support as required * Corporate
Reporting * Communicate cost productivity trends and forecasts to
senior management * Identify trends and develop recommendations to
driving decisions at Senior Leadership reviews * Provide ad hoc
analytical support as required * Financial Systems Administration *
Develop comprehensive understanding of product cost and financial
reporting including Hyperion Planning as well as other systems *
Develop additional opportunities to further leverage systems and

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications * 5 10 years related work
experience * Bachelor\'s degree in related area (Accounting, Finance,
etc.), CPA or MBA preferred * Able to develop strong relationships
across the organization and influence key decisions; effectively
interacting across all levels of the organization * Must be a proactive
and highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under
tight de dlines * Effectively interact, through data driven
recommendations, with Senior Leadership * Demonstrate creative and
critical thinking skills through data analytics; anticipate and
articulate the \"so what\" of business analysis * Ability to interpret
financial statements, analyze results, assess trends and identify key
issues * Ability to develop and train finance and business partners *
Computer literacy, including MS Office suite, and the ability to adapt
and learn new applications and business processes Hyperion experience a
