• Reverse engineer manufactured machines and parts and modify as needed for up to date prints
• Update Owners Manuals
• Design in house production process for each production line

Qualifications

• Solid-works, mechanical design, revisions, manufacturing, Machine design 1+ years of experience in Solid-works
• Must be knowledgeable in creating both small and large assemblies
• Must be willing to learn the technical capability required of a draftsperson in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to read, interpret and implement any engineering-specific requirements
• Able to work with minimum supervision and be capable of self-checking the completeness and accuracy of workto include technical accuracies and specification compliance
• Work closely with the Plant Manager, Inventory Manager, and other employees to help ensure final plans areaccurate
• Must be willing to learn the working knowledge of plasma/laser processing, sheet metal forming and welding
• Will be willing to learn how to reverse engineer machines, parts and other equipment to replicate or modify asneeded
• The ability to learn quickly and be efficient are of high importance
• Solid-works functions including 3D sketches, weldments, multi body parts and assemblies
• Willing to learn standard steel shapes and sizes
• Able to make changes to shop drawings and follow through with the changes completely
• Self-motivated to work independently as well as effectively, work as part of a team
• Must be neat, punctual, dependable, have attention to details, follow instructions, work under pressure,organized, able to multitask and willing to learn
• Able to pass a drug/alcohol screen
