Job Opening: Project Manager - CASUAL - McLaren Careers

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for managing multiple medium to large size projects involving a variety of information technology platforms. This role will lead the departments in continually enhancing project management techniques and methods.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership to drive project related decisions (technical & non-technical).

2. Develop detailed project plans and specification documents.

3. Identify resources by discipline required for successful project milestone deliveries.

4. Work with organization management on early identification and labor durations of project resources.

5. Plan and lead all internal and customer project design reviews throughout project execution.

6. Execute project plans which are designed to exceed financial targets.

7. Manage quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.

8. Manage contract compliance as it relates to "as sold" scope, allowable deviations, scope changes requiring purchase order adders, timely release of invoicing, and payment receivables.

9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associates degree in a related field.

• Three years of prior related work experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree
