*Under limited supervision this position responds to customer requests
for information regarding classes at the Workforce Training Center and
records the information into the computer for registration purposes by
performing the following duties. Performs work independently evenings
and Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications\
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education
degree (GED); and a minimum of two years of full time, or four years of
part time related experience and/or training is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills\
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.\
Ability to work effectively both independently and with a small team.\
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).\
Highly proficient phone skills with the ability to accommodate
customer/student needs and enrollments over the phone\
Ability to maintain and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude,
high level of integrity and respect for others.\
Proficient skills using Microsoft Office applications, especially
Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\
Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone, fax,
copier
