Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Development Specialist for their Rochester, NY, corporate location. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting an effective recruiting process to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent to the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain relationships with partner companies.

  • Accountable for partnering with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.

  • Responsible for completing the full-cycle recruitment process which includes posting, sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling, decision, pre-employment, and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Maintains and ensures compliance with all applicable state, local and federal employment laws related to equal employment opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AAP) and any other related employment laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, and onboarding required

  • Experience working with applicant tracking and HRIS systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

The starting yearly base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
