Job Opening: Legal Assistant/Paralegal (Toxic Tort)

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Toxic Tort Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join a Midsized Law Firm located downtown Minneapolis. This is a full time, permanent position, 35-hour work week, WFH Flexibility, full benefits, and competitive compensation! Skills required and Job Duties include the following:

• At minimum 3-7+ years of Litigation experience and a 4 year degree OR Paralegal Certificate is preferred!
• Case Management on complex litigation cases in several states
• Preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Summarizing and analyzing medical records
• Managing large document productions, exhibit and trial preparation
• eFiling for state and federal courts
