The Ramp agent responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of assigned area within a specific building. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below. This position requires valid Driver license.

Essential Duties

• Sweep entire ramp.

• Clean oil spills from all gates.

• Policing and sweeping parking spots.

• Clean blast fence lines.

• Clean service roads.

• Clean bag rooms and remove waste.

• Sweep, with broom, all private stairways.

• Police stairwells and clean or damp mop spillage in public areas as required.

• Remove waste from dumpsters.

• Keep slop sink rooms in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.

• Sweep outside entrance areas.

• Snow removal.

• Operating any snow equipment.

• Operating street sweepers and vehicles.

• Add salt on ground when necessary.

• Heavy lifting of waste bags.

• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
