Position Responsibilities:

• Maintaining inventory by conducting physical counts, reconciling variances, and inputting data

• Organizing and training staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress

• Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork ensuring productivity targets are met or exceeded

• Producing regular reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as needed

• Communicates daily to the staff as needed and conducting a once weekly meeting with all warehouse associates

• Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment

• Plan out all warehouse resources and activities in keeping with the company’s objectives and targets

• Ensure the health and safety requirements are met and is responsible for the security of the building and stock

• Conduct daily audits of orders pulled and stock received

• Communicate with the IPS truck drivers and track company trucks to ensure timely efficient use and routing

• Coordination and communication between the warehouse and the sales office, including customer service, to ensure efficient and timely deliveries to IPS customers

• Responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of forklifts
