TEKsystems is currently hiring Mortgage Closers to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA!

Description:

To close Equity Mortgage loan applications from the initial loan application through the loan closing process. Prepare mortgage packages for delivery to settlement companies for purposes of closing on conventional, Veteran's Administration (VA) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage products. To coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of financial and/or banking experience is preferred

  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating work-flow

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure while dealing with internal & external members/customers

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with automated systems

Schedule:

Training schedule is 9:00am - 5:30pm EST

After training you will either work 9:30am - 6:00pm OR 11:30am - 8:00pm (must be comfortable with both)

Location: Winchester, VA/ hybrid schedule working 2 days onsite
