Reports to: Head Housekeeper, Assistant Head Housekeeper, and Managers
Position Summary
Cleans and maintains lobby and public areas throughout the property.
Specific Duties:
- Cleans and maintains all lobbies and public restrooms.
- Sweeps carpets Empties ashtrays and urns and keeps them clean
- Empties garbage cans inside and outside of property
- Polishes furniture and fixtures
- Swipe and mop elevator floors and polishes elevator walls and doors
- Keeps the parking areas free of trash
- Vacuum, mop and dust Jeremiahs Pub at designated time
- Sweep and mop Restaurant floor at designated time
- Clean under booth seats Once a month
-Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements for being a Lobby Attendant:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, push, and walk stair for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate and understand the English Language
- Must like cleaning and attention to detail.
