Exact Staff is seeking a highly skilled and fully bilingual Inventory Control Fulfillment Coordinator (Lead) to join our team in Groveport, OH. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.

• Location: Groveport, OH
• Shift: 2:00 PM -- 10:30 PM, Monday -- Friday; Overtime and extra days as needed
• Pay: $19.40 + 1.00 (differential) = $20.40hr

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory control and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead the inventory team, providing guidance, support, and training, as necessary.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage and track inventory.
• Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Drive a stock picker to retrieve and organize inventory.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing, with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Read and interpret various documents such as safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), invoices, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and apply common sense to address issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of general Lead experience in a similar environment.
• At least 6 months of experience in Inventory Control.
• Proficiency in counting and detail-oriented tasks.
• At least 3 months of experience driving a stock picker.
• Familiarity with WMS (Scale) preferred, but not required.
• Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Proficiency in using hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to handle problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
