DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Experience with:
* Microsoft product experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and IIS
* Cisco VoIP Services including Cisco Call Manager, Voicemail, and Contact Center
* Virtual Server experience such as VMWare, Hyper-V, and Citrix
* Basic knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls in a corporate network
* Configuration and support of Linux operations systems a plus
* Ability to prepare or update documentation, including System Configurations and Procedures
* Hands on technical troubleshooting capabilities
* Ability to research and make recommendations on network products, services, software, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Two years of hands-on Cisco Contact Center and Call Manager configuration and administration experience
* Two years of lead experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
* VMware administration (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, SRM, Veeam Backup) or Citrix Cloud experience
* Ability to document System Standards, Configurations, Policies, and Procedures
* Prior project experience a plus
* Ability to work independently or in a team as needed for success
* Trouble-shooting and communication skills to effectively communicate with vendors and all levels of system users
* Desire to work on new technology and your technical future
Desired Education & Skills:
* Bachelor/ Associates in Computer Science, or five years of equivalent experience
* Microsoft, VMWare, or Cisco certifications preferred
