What we’re looking for…
The Material Handler/ Bulk Unloader will have the opportunity to participate in delivering and picking-up raw materials and finished products to contribute to the timely distribution of departments’ requests for raw materials and delivery of completed products for storage in the Warehouse.
Expectations & Accountabilities …
What you’ll need to be successful…
Knowledge of various equipment (handheld computer, pallet jack, and box knife) is helpful
Ability to work at varying height levels.
Self-driven with the ability to work alone and at a steady pace to meet department units on speed and accuracy.
Attention to detail.
Basic data entry skills.
Must be able to pass all safety requirements including 24-hour Hazmat and 8-hour refresher annually.
Ability to read and comprehend warehouse layout and company computer system.
Qualifications that will set you apart….
Must have a current license to operate powered industrial equipment or be willing to obtain a license.
Prior manufacturing experience preferred especially working with hazardous materials.
Skills in operating a forklift, reach truck, order picker, and turret truck are preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Some college preferred with advanced mathematics and/or science background preferred.
