1 year Commercial Construction Laborer experience or 3 years Residential Construction Experience preferred.

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at commercial or industrial construction projects.

• May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.

• May clean and prepare sites, assist craft workers on commercial and industrial construction tasks, move construction materials within and around job sites, clean up rubble and debris.

• Extended periods of standing and walking on uneven surfaces. Frequently required to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.

• Position requires frequently climbing ladders to work at elevated heights and to descend below ground level.

• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.

• Wage is negotiated as part of the hiring process and is based on relevant Experience. $16.20 per hour

• Must have means to get to job site.
