JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to
join our team. As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in the
design and development of various projects. You will utilize your
expertise in CAD software and technical knowledge to create accurate and
detailed drawings. If you have a passion for drafting and are proficient
in Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks, we would love to hear from
you. Responsibilities: - Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD
software such as Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks - Collaborate
with engineers and designers to understand project requirements and
specifications - Assist in the development of project plans, schematics,
and layouts - Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for design
purposes - Review and modify existing drawings as needed - Ensure
compliance with industry standards and regulations - Maintain accurate
documentation of all drawings and design changes Qualifications: -
Proven experience as a CAD Technician or similar role - Proficient in
CAD software such as Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks - Strong
knowledge of drafting techniques and principles - Familiarity with
building codes and regulations - Excellent attention to detail and
accuracy - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -
Strong problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills Preferred
Skills: - Experience with NavisWorks for project coordination -
Knowledge of 2D animation software for visual presentations If you are a
