JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Assembler Location: Hartland, WI Job Id:
3984 # of Openings: 1 Position Overview: Assembles custom conveyors
from start to finish. Location: Hartland, WI Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Uses a variety of hand tools to assemble all
components of the conveyor according to print/work order. Inspects
finished product for defects and performs quality checks. Troubleshoots
non-conforming parts throughout the assembly process. Expedites orders
as needed. Collaborates with Engineers and Sales. Performs 5S to
maintain a safe and clean environment. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities: A team player with
excellent communication skills. Strong mechanical aptitude and solid
blueprint reading skills. Ability to think abstractly to deal with
ambiguous/undefined problems. Ability to be flexible and adjust priories
to reflect changing needs or job demands. Strong analytical and
organizational skills with attention to detail. Required Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent. 5 + years of experience in a
Manufacturing Environment is preferred. 1 + years of assembly experience
preferred. Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely. About
