Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Main areas of work for the temp will include Escalation management in client Misrepresentation vertical Deep investigations including root cause and data analysis to combat scams and misinformation Drive workflow, process and training improvements. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 3+ years’ experience in data analysis Fluency in SQL and experience querying medium sized data sets Analytical and logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and cross regionally with stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills; Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related technical field. 4+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas: Coding (e.g., C/C++, Python, Java), Databases and querying (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MapReduce, Hadoop), Front end development (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Statistical analysis (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS, SAS), web or mobile development (GO, PHP, Client and/or iOS). Experience with fraud risk management and investigations, internet advertising, or e-commerce along with working in a security and/or privacy team on data protection and user trust.
