The Accounts Receivable Analyst is a business-critical role responsible for managing collections and disputes for large Strategic Accounts customers and uses strategic and analytical thinking for day to day AR and collections processes, account support, reconciliation and timely resolution of issues for assigned accounts. This is a key customer facing position responsible for daily and month-end AR activities and is accountable for maintaining minimal bad debt & past dues while helping to achieve departmental metrics and organizational goals and objectives. This is a Part Time Hybrid position. Must be local to Los Colinas, TX and able work Onsite 2 days a week. In office days are flexible. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred

  • Proficiency with large ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)

  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required

  • Attention to detail and demostration of quick follow-up

  • Handles day to day work challenges confidently

  • Interpersonal skills and clear oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work well independently or in a team environment

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize

salary: $25 - $29.78 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 1 PM

Responsibilities

  • Work both independently and as part of a team to monitor customer accounts, identify, investigate and resolve skipped, delayed or disputed payments and other invoicing irregularities, and prepare offsets and reclass requests

  • Organize workload, identify/adjust for priorities, manage time efficiently and communicate proactively

  • Coordinate with team members (including Virtual Team) to help resolve escalated issues

  • Provide analytical leadership by utilizing current analysis techniques (SAP, BW, Excel, Access) to run reports, analyze data, and identify and solve customer related issues

  • Develops, understands and implements strategies for customer specific issues

  • Maintains subject matter expertise of assigned accounts, including knowledge of financial status, trends, and account specific processes/process improvements

  • Utilize problem-solving skills, attention to detail to identify, communicate and resolve issues

  • Establish and build solid internal and external customer relationships through collaboration, negotiation and conflict management

  • Utilize formal/informal leadership skills to drive execution of assigned tasks, projects and initiatives

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects to improve business results

  • Understand and support the achievement of department and individual financial goals

  • Perform work in accordance with standard accounting principles and an overall adherence to company policy

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
