JOB SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of the Aftermarket Fulfillment Supervisor is to manage, train and develop a team to accurately fulfill aftermarket parts orders with a deep understanding of the product line, OEM parts and BOM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Leads the Aftermarket materials fulfillment team in inventory management and the pick-pack-ship operations for 100% complete and on-time deliveries in a Safety-First culture.

· Successfully partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and Sales as needed to drive results for Customer Service.

· Proactively communicate order management and fulfillment through appropriate channels.

· Coordinates and communicates with Purchasing on material demand and schedule.

· Plans and schedules all logistics and transportation for efficient and cost-effective execution.

· Assists in supplier meetings and negotiations.

· Investigates and recommends KPI's or process improvements utilizing available data and analytics.

· Review automation opportunities to drive efficiency gains.

· Review business processes for opportunities to streamline and make improvements.

· Track and manage department labor costs.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

· 3-5 years' experience in similar role

· Experience within the marine industry preferred

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong attention to detail

· Can-do attitude

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to remain organized and focused on tasks at hand

· Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments to achieve goals

· Team player with a willingness to learn and take direction
