driver for the Supply Chain team. We are currently looking to hire a Senior
Transporation Continuous Improvement Manager based in Broomfield, CO or
White Plains, NY!
This role will be responsible for identifying, validating and building
project plans for the implementation of continuous improvement projects within
Logistics, working cross functionally and within the transportation team to
ensure projects are completed as designed, within scheduled timeframes,
and in adherence to budgets. Opportunities in the areas of operational
efficiency, productivity, waste reduction, carbon emissions, customer
service enhancements, and cost reduction are of primary importance.
We are looking for a high energy, solutions-oriented person, who
understands our business, works collaboratively with others, operates with
a continuous improvement mindset, is detail oriented and is passionate about
process improvement and the deliverance of cost savings to Danone.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance of transportation
operations and apply insights to identify trends and improvement
opportunities.
Seek to standardize processes where possible, especially when efficiencies
and cost savings are possible
Influence stakeholders locally and globally to drive process improvement,
including Distribution, Operations, Warehousing, Deployment, Customer
Experience, Co-Manufacturing, C&P Logistics, Quality, IT, Legal,
Procurement, IS/IT, Finance, Leadership, and other key stakeholders
Engage internal and external stakeholders in project planning and to support
project execution to ensure delivery of results across NORAM; act as project
advisor to ensure adherence to project plan
Support the development of KPI dashboards and content for team and leadership
updates
Identify and share opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and
further optimization of the transportation network
Stay current on trends and process optimization opportunities in
transportation
Lead data mining support for other projects as needed (for ex. R&P inbound
freight review project)
PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
4-year college degree or equivalent experience; Degree in Business
Administration, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management preferred
7+ years' in Transportation
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and drive process improvement and
efficiency; Lean Six Sigma a plus
Solid understanding of the carrier network, especially refrigerated.

SALARY:
The base compensation range for this position is
$110,000-140,000commensurate with experience. Danone North America
