CPM has an opening for an Warehouse Inventory Clerk in our manufacturing facility in Ponca City, OK. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to facilitate and coordinate activities related to warehousing and inventory of equipment, materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory operational standards for staff compliance

• Utilize computer systems to electronically track inventory flow, scan stock, and reconcile inventory

• Create and maintain spreadsheets for the report and analysis of data

• Coordinate and manage daily physical cycle counts

• Receive material and supplies from vendors

• Confirm material listed on packing list matches receipt

• Match receipts (packing list) with purchase order and record in SAP

• Move received material and supplies to appropriate storage location

• Manage use of warehouse, controlling receipts/distributions of inventory

• Record distribution of inventory in SAP

• Assist with moving materials/supplies to appropriate shops

• Other responsibilities assigned  

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Operate forklift

• Able to lift 25-50 lbs.

• Computer knowledge – SAP-B1 preferred

• Basic math, reading and writing skills
