PMA-281 Program Analyst, Journeyman

Job Responsibilities:

Position directly supports the Strike Planning and Execution Systems Program Office (PMA-281) and the Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC), Architecture and Capabilities for Autonomy in the Naval Enterprise (ARCANE), or the Naval Mission Planning System (NavMPS) teams. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes and/or tracks program/project requirements, status, budgets, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD, and some telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis. Requisition ESI0087.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.
  • Must have experience in program/project analysis activities.
  • Must have an active Secret level DoD security clearance.
