Job description

Human Resource Manager - Job Responsibilities

• Reports to General Manager

• Oversees timecard administration

• Payroll processing and reconciliation

• Posting payroll taxes/ garnishments

• Hourly, salary and commissioned payroll

• Printing and distribution of payroll checks (175 +)

• Using current DMS -CDK

• Pre hire testing, drug screens, background, driving record

• Entering/terminating employee benefits

• Tracking vacation/ sick Leave

• FMLA/PFL

• Other miscellaneous duties

Job Requirements

• Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm 

• Previous experience required

• Attention to detail

• Data entry skills

• Highly Organized and self motivated

• Learning new systems and processes

• Previous dealership experience a plus/ not required

• Paylocity experience a plus

• Dealership experience a plus
