Position Summary: Aetna Medicaid Administrators LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Manager, IT Project Management to analyze and coordinate the schedule, teams, and technical resources for assigned information technology (IT) projects. Duties include: develop comprehensive project plans and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and timelines; communicate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives, and provide progress updates to team members, clients, and management; lead and guide the work of technical staff assigned to projects including business partners, vendors, Developers, Business Intelligence (BI) Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance (QA), UAT Testers, and Medicaid Informatics teams; assign and efficiently manage project resources to ensure successful project execution, including staffing and budget allocation; identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and deliverables; monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones, and promptly identify and resolve problems and roadblocks; prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation using tools including PowerPoint, SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, AAWEB, and WebI; and provide project status updates and data-driven insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Software development lifecycle; Data analysis for health care industry, products, or systems; Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau; SAS or SQL programming languages; JIRA, Rally, or Confluence; Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases; Configuration of benefits, provider networks, and workflows; and Providing domain support for healthcare or retail pharmacy organization.
Pay Range: $83262.00/year to $136500.00/year.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
