Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Buff, strip, and wax floors.
  2. Clean carpeting.
  3. Wash windows.
  4. Grounds keeping.
  5. Snow removal from walks.
  6. Wash walls.
  7. Care of custodial equipment.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Specific Duties:

  1. Dust and mop all hallways.
  2. Mop all hallways following proper procedure.
  3. Buff and strip assigned areas.
  4. Sweep and mop foyer daily.
  5. Clean the Physical Therapy room daily.
  6. Clean the Nurses Station daily. Sweep and mop. Damp clean cleared areas of desk.
  7. Once weekly, machine scrub the kitchen area.
  8. Three times weekly, buff dining room area.
