Purpose of Role
The Global Retail FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the Americas DTC organization reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Americas Retail FP&A. The role provides financial and analytical support for our Global Retail organization and will be responsible for managing investments and driving data-oriented insights to help influence new store concepts and global initiatives.
Your Impact
Direct SG&A and Capital management over Global Retail projects
Drive continuous improvement through collaboration and knowledge transfer around global retail reporting
Optimize our new store concepting pro forma process
Financial reporting and actuals tracking
Cross functional interaction to ensure alignment to financial targets
Ad Hoc analysis and business case generation supporting new investment and business ideas
Manage investment and track performance against targeted KPIs
Complete time sensitive month-end closing activities, including calculating accruals and variance analysis
Qualifications
Team Player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations
Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis
SAP accounting system experience or experience with other corporate financial accounting systems is a plus
Willingness to stretch themselves and learn new things
Commitment to process improvement
High Integrity and Humble and Hungry
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelors degree within Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields
1-2 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting
Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation
$62,377.00 - $85,768.10 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
