JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Responsible for on-site training and
support of assigned individuals in community based jobs Possess
awareness of realistic work expectations regarding quality of work and
appropriate behavior Observe and record pertinent information and
performance of assigned individuals Ability to effectively communicate
with employers and respond to training needs and/or related problems
Ability to implement training plans established by case managers and
employers Ability to work independently and creatively problem solve as
needs arise for individuals ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent At
least two (2) years of experience working in a restaurant, food service,
janitorial, retail, factory setting or other community employment
experience Valid driver\'s license with good driving record and insured
vehicle available for daily use Excellent communication skills (verbal
