Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
• We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $20 per hour for the first 30 days. If you have ZERO attendance/safety issues during this period, your pay rate will increase to $20.50 per hour. After 90 days with the same guidelines, you will be hired and your pay rate will be raised to $21.00 per hour.

• Two 15-minute breaks provided.
• Safety is a top priority, and we provide the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) including steel toe/composite toe shoes, hair net, safety glasses, and hi-viability vest/shirt, etc.
What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating a forklift, specifically a Reach truck, for case pick and full pallet pick.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhering to the assigned shift schedule and breaks.
• Reporting to the designated supervisor or manager.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous experience as a forklift operator or similar role.
• Possess a valid forklift operator certification.
• Are comfortable working the specified shift hours from 2pm to 10pm.
• Can meet the requirement of wearing steel toe/composite toe shoes and other provided PPE.
• Have a strong commitment to attendance and safety.
