APPLY ONLINE AT: WWW.FLUSHINGBANK.COM (CAREER SECTION) General Statement of Duties: Manage Business Banking Loan Closing Process from Pre-Closing to Funding including review of data fields on LoanVantage for all C & I line of credits, term loans, owner occupied Real Estate loans and SBA loans. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include review and approve and at times prepare all closing documentation (under $2.5MM) for various types of loans to ensure compliance with loan approval as well as Bank Policies and Procedures.
Act as liaison with CRMs/BB/Bank Attorney Review Loan Vantage QC Checklist and validate accuracy to confirm all CECL data points are entered as per the QC checklist prior to submitting to Servicing. Prepare and review Legal File Checklists. Confirm and review Insurance requirements including Flood Compliance. Confirm all Post Closing Items are completed such as UCC Filings. Provide Reporting on Loan Volumes/Fees/Satisfied Loans for Management Review. Instruct new associates and serve as a training resource. Monitor Good Faith and Commitment Fees; reconcile General Ledger. Non-Essential Responsibilities: Perform other related functions as required by Management. Spearhead Special Projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred At least 5 to 8 Years Closing Experience including SBA Knowledge of Credit Procedures and Policies

Collaborate with other FB business units to ensure standardized delivery of work. Ability to successfully manage projects of a varied and complex nature. Ability to coordinate diverse tasks simultaneously with strict time frames.
Strong analytical, process and people skills. Demonstrate organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 Hours: 37.50

This is a non-exempt position, eligible for overtime if hours worked are over 40 hours. The actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience and other factors permitted by law.
