Analyze design, test, and implement programs for software applications. Determine the needs and the specifications for the current systems. Analyze this information in order to determine the necessary modifications to the existing system or the necessary components for a new system by applying skills in structured analysis and design. Design and develop the new system or the modifications to the existing system, create object-oriented designs and work with database technologies, conducting performance tuning. Write program documentation describing the program development, and write the installation and operation procedures for the programmers to follow. Test and debug systems once installed, and oversee its complete implementation. Provide technical services relating to use, operation and maintenance of equipment and systems. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Apply knowledge of the following: Process Analysis, Functional Requirements Elicitation and Documentation, User acceptance Testing, System Design and Architecture. Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Two (2) years of the aforementioned five years of progressively responsible experience must have included: Process Analysis, Functional Requirements Elicitation and Documentation, User acceptance Testing, System Design and Architecture. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required.
