JOB SUMMARY

As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at CityVet, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing our recruitment operations. In this position, you will oversee a team of dedicated professionals on our DVM Recruiting team, ensuring the seamless execution of our talent acquisition strategies. This is a remote based role; flexibility to travel as needed will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

· Lead the development and implementation of a Talent Acquisition support teams to optimize recruitment processes and strategies.

· Collaborate closely with Business Development and Operations Leadership teams to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment support.

· Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of recruitment events, including job fairs, open houses, and networking events.

· Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.

· Ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance throughout the hiring process, working closely with the Recruiting Coordinator to manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking.

· Foster a team player mentality by actively participating in cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

· Demonstrate a creative and proactive approach to talent acquisition, constantly seeking innovative ways to attract and retain talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

· Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations, with a track record of leadership and team management.

· Experience overseeing recruitment events and managing event specialists.

· Strong proficiency in candidate relationship management systems (CRM) and other recruitment technologies.

· Excellent organizational skills with a process-oriented approach to recruitment operations.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

· Flexibility to travel, both planned on short notice when needed

· Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to drive innovation in talent acquisition strategies.
