Job Opening: Program Manager, Connect2Health

Connect2Health, based within the Office of Undergraduate Studies, mobilizes student volunteers to link underserved patients with social services, and prepares students to be empathetic future health professionals who understand the importance of social determinants of health. Connect2Health is a two-pronged program that supports a number of student volunteers, and provides strategic vision for a basic needs resource referral database. In 2021 alone, Connect2Health volunteers contributed almost 6,000 hours, and made over 23,000 resource referrals. A central part of connecting patients with basic needs and additional health support services is the creation and maintenance of a service and referral database.The Connect2Health program manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including budget oversight, and working collaboratively to determine the strategic vision and implementation. This individual will work closely with individuals from the Office of Undergraduate Studies leadership, Connect2Health Board, on-campus partners, clinical partners, and potential community partners. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of College Access & Community Engagement in the Office of Undergraduate Studies.
