IT Automation/Visualization Specialist Training Program Manager, Journeyman Wright-Patterson AFB Dayton, OH HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. HX5 is currently seeking an IT Automation/Visualization Specialist to support the training program for the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Establishing and collecting metrics and data to monitor and validate cyber workforce readiness including personnel training/qualification as well as duty position vacancies Assisting with automation of training and educational technical documentation, records management, research and tracking Correlating training/learning to acquisition processes' cyber requirements Monitoring and reporting cyber career paths progression, deliberate development, and growth within and between cyber career fields of CROWS personnel Tracking and providing data visualization summary reporting/briefings of CROWS progress onboarding new personnel Managing, tracking and reporting training and education requirements using automation/visualization tools On-site work is preferred, but telework may be authorized. Education and Experience: Must have the following education and experience: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD Experience with automation/visualization using Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau or similar applications Desired: Experience with automating using Power BI, Tableau or other products is desired On-site work is preferred, but telework may be authorized Other Position Requirements: Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire. Must be able to travel, including air travel.
