Job Opening: Talent Acquisition Specialist

[Spherion Staffing has an opening with a local Sioux Falls company for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in their Human Resources department. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to identify and engage candidates. [Salary $45-50k/DOE **[Responsibilities: [-Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, write job descriptions, and find awesome talent [-Build the hiring strategy and manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition through onboarding [-Seek out candidates who are looking for jobs. This will include networking, generating referrals, hunting in online channels, going to career fairs, and other creative solutions [-Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires [-Assist in handling HR-related documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures [-Support in coordinating and developing training and development programs [-Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing HR files as necessary [-Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives
