  • Full time, Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

  • Education and Experience

  • Must have high school diploma or GED

  • Must be minimum of 18 years old
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently report to work on time as scheduled, prepared to perform assigned duties and responsibilities during entire scheduled work period/shift.

  • Perform a wide variety of preventative and general maintenance as well as repairs to facilities and equipment to provide a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Perform other tasks related to maintaining facilities in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions.
  • Respond to all maintenance requests promptly and professionally through a web-based work order request program.

  • Report to Facility manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.

  • Working Conditions

Hours of work

  • Full time
  • Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Overtime expectations

  • Overtime may be required dependent on events and/or inclement weather.

On-call responsibilities

  • Maintenance Staff shares On-Call responsibilities for emergency repairs outside of normal working hours.
