JOB REQUIREMENTS: Access Community Health Centers, Inc Medical Services Manager Regular Full-Time William T. Evjue Clinic, Madison, WI, US Medical Services Manager Position Summary The Medical Clinic Manager is responsible for leading the daily and administrative functions at Access Community Health Center\'s Medical Clinic. The Medical Services Manager is responsible for assuring that daily medical clinical operations are conducted in compliance with Access Community Health Centers (Access) policies, standards and overall organizational plans. The position includes working closely in a dyad with the Medical Provider Director to oversee the clinic\'s medical operations, including the budget, staffing, and productivity. The Clinic Manager facilitates communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines regarding process improvement identification, planning, and provision of high quality, cost-effective care in a sustainable way to carry out Access\' mission and goals. Desired candidate would have the following qualifications: Required Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing or related field with two years of management experience in an Ambulatory Clinic OR Associate\'s degree in nursing or other health care related field with three years of leadership in a medical clinic setting. OR current Support Staff Specialist with Access Desired Qualifications: Experience with quality improvement and change processes Fluency in Spanish and English.
