Job Description

Our client, a maritime engineering and acquisition support firm, is looking for an Acquisition Logistician to provide lifecycle logistics support to their government client in Washington, DC.

Primary responsibilities are below:

* Formulate, implement, and maintain the integrated logistics support plan

* Set logistics standards, maintain timely deliverables, and coordinate supply/inventory with relevant government clients

* Oversee the lifecycle maintenance and sustainment of the fleet and participate in drafting logistics planning documents and reports

Skills and Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in lifecycle logistics

o Preferably in support of a major federal acquisition program

* Bachelor's Degree in related field

* DAWIA Logistics Level II certification OR Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) * Maritime/shipbuilding experience

* Master's Degree null
