Description As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with software-related inquiries. Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and detail oriented manner. Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams as needed. Assist customers with software installations, troubleshooting, and technical support. Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
