Recruit, employ, and retain qualified personnel to maintain appropriate
staffing levels;
Recording and maintaining electronic visit verification (EVV) data for
each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings,
absences, supervisory reports on\
performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations by using EPay
BlueForce System and AXXESS home health software;
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including
staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations,
classifications, and employee leaves of absence;
Administer, direct, analyze and review employee benefit programs, and
modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive
programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as
computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media
advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or\
employee referrals;
Advice managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal
employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed
changes;
Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly
authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate or required;
Discuss emerging compliance issues to ensure that management and
employees are informed about compliance reporting systems, policies, and
practices;
Ensure organizational compliance with legal, regulatory and
accreditation standards which include IDPH, IDoA, and Joint Commission.
Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements,
or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and
conformance to reporting and procedural\
standards.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Business, Human
Resources, Accounting or related field is required. No experience is
required.
