Job Opening: Quality Control Associate

ReadyWorkIncis seeking a skilled Quality Control Assistant for a Manufacturing company in Santa Maria! The ideal candidate will oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The schedule willMonday - Fridayyou must be available to work overtime and weekends. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing company a plus.

Duties:

• Analyze product samples using measuring tools

• Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections

• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

• Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with regulations and CGMP standards

• Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Exel and Microsoft Word.

• Strong knowledge of regulations, CGMP standards, and quality management principles

• Proficiency in using measuring tools

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
