Description Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI is currently seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team with our Refugee Resettlement program limited term for an 8 week assignment.. Under direction, the Care Coordinator performs work involving the assessment, service planning, and implementation of core services and on-going case management for assigned individuals. Bilingual in a refugee language is preferred ; Swahili , Rohingya , Dari preferred. This is a limited term 12 week assignment intended to catch up with new federal refugee compliance requirements. The position is required to be onsite in the Milwaukee office. The position will require some evening and weekend hours. LSS is regularly reviewing OSHA and CDC recommendations and guidelines to stay abreast of the ever changing Covid-19 pandemic.
