About the role: As a Vendor Payables Manager for TQL, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the vendor payment process, including invoice processing, payment scheduling and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end vendor payment process, including invoice receipt, validation, approval and payment processing
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, addressing any payment-related inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Accounting, Purchasing and Finance to streamline processes and improve efficiency

What you need:

  • 3+ years of billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable or accounting management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, lead and motivate others
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with rapid and everchanging priorities
  • Strong verbal communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
