JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead and train Material Handlers on proper procedures.

Pick product from inventory, verifying item numbers and quantities against pick lists.

Verify quantities received.

Lifts, carries and counts cases to fill orders with 100% accuracy.

Operates Order Picker, Fork lift, pallet jacks in a proper, thorough, safe and efficient manner.

Loads and unloads truck shipments in a safe and efficient manner.

Follow and obey Company Safety Policy, OSHA and MSDS.

Inspects equipment daily as required by company Safety Standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Warehouse distribution environment experience (preferred)

High School Degree or equivalent (preferred)

Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math (required)

Must have a valid license to operate both fork lift and order picker material handling equipment (required)

Preferred previous working experience:

Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Senior Forklift Operator, Forklift Operator Leader, Forklift Operator Team Lead, Forklift Operator, Lead

Job Duties:

Receive/process shipments

Rotate floor stock

Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed

Move and stack materials

Load and unload trucks
