Customer Service Representative Snoqualmie, Washington A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at American Leak Detection may work out of our office or remotely. A CSR is responsible for answering customer questions as well as efficiently scheduling the customer's appointments and dispatching and routing our technicians for their daily jobs. We serve residential, commercial and municipal customers throughout Snoqualmie, Washington. Core Responsibilities: * Answering the phones * Explaining our services to potential clients * Manage the customer experience * Scheduling of Appointments * Dispatch, Routing, and Scheduling of jobs for our ALD technicians Requirements: * Excellent customer service and telephone skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in the plumbing, restoration, or construction industries is a plus, as is Salesforce experience About the Company: American Leak Detection is the industry leader in accurate, non-destructive hidden water leak detection.
