The World Largest Search Engine is seeking a "Supply Chain Program Specialist

Role Title: Supply Chain program specialist

Duration: ASAP to 11/10/24.

Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)

Work Schedule: (Normal PST business hours, Monday - Friday)

Pay Range- $58-$64/HR

Project Overview:

  • The networking and optics SCPM team has a significant amount of uncommitted programs that has prevented us from scaling to the level needed for the business.

  • In this initiative we would assign each project an assigned SCPM and reporting to them is an SCPS that would take care of the executions needed to have successful builds, 2nd source qualification tracking, allocation delivery, and material readiness.

  • This opens the SCPM to manage the strategic (SCM, 2nd sourcing outlook, TSC/SAC alignment, system readiness, BOM readiness, impact across product portfolio) aspect of the project.

  • This would normally open up 20% to 50% of the bandwidth of the SCPM so they can then support other programs.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • The SCPS would provide support. These projects would be, P0, multiple CM or with proprietary information.

  • Support that SCPS would focus on CTB management, 2nd source qualification tracking, allocation delivery, material readiness and other. Given the depth of supply chain knowledge the SCPS support will be very flexible.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CTB and communication of any risk / Observe and mitigate supply risks and shortages.

  • 2nd source qualification tracking,

  • Allocation delivery, material readiness and other.

Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory:

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in operations or business. Minimum of 5 years' electrical product manufacturing supply chain management experience.

Expert of material, production planning, delivery and vendor management. Knowledgeable lean manufacturing techniques. Bias for action and change, strong problem solving skills.

Logical, strong analytical skill. Experience use of MRP system and MS Office. Strong negotiation skills, sourcing knowledge and experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Convincible leadership and experience of working in matrix report organization. Fluent English of speaking, writing and reading.

Desired: APICS certification

Pay Details: $58.00 to $64.00 per hour
