[Projects Inc. is seeking dual role positions as a Driver/Shipping Clerk to join our team. We are a manufacturer of complex small, machined components for the Aerospace and Power Systems industries and has been in business for over fifty years.   • Operates company-owned and leased vehicles.
  • Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of products and materials.
  • Perform required before-, during- and after-operation vehicle inspection(s) and provide required reports for issues/repairs.
  • Review orders to confirm correct product is packed/received/delivered.
  • Pack and unpack products to be delivered
  • Complete and maintain for proper and accurate documentation of deliveries/products.

[Shipping and Receiving Clerk: [Apply proper packaging and marking methods as prescribed or determined to prepare, protect, and identify items during handling and shipment. Review customer packing procedures and apply the instructions along with practical knowledge of materials and equipment to properly prepare items for shipment.

Review Shipping documentation for packaging instructions to properly label and complete orders for shipment

Maintain accurate and timely shipment of products or materials to their destinations.

Maintain traceability of parts by verifying incoming material with Certifications.

Facilitate the movement of parts in and out of department.

Visually inspect components for conformance to customer and product specifications.

Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Assist as needed with the Inventory shipping supplies daily and order as needed

Use of company business systems to determine the status/disposition of product.

Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.

Prepare, verify, and package outgoing packages for subcontract services.
