Demolition Worker

Shift:

• Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:30pm

• Must be open to Saturdays

Pay:

• $18 per hour

Job Descriptions

• Demolition workers will remove trash/ drywall/ debris from school demolition projects. This will include using shovels, brooms, wheel barrels, hand tools, etc.

• This will be a very straight forward process moving trash to dumpsters outside of the school. With the potential to use skills learned from former jobs.

• Candidates can be expected to be traveling to different sites through the duration of the projects.

• Assist with the demolition of buildings and structures

• Remove debris and hazardous materials

• Operate hand and power tools

• Load and unload materials and equipment

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to Lift 50lbs.

• Ability to stand 10 hours/day.

• 6+ Months working in a construction environment.

• 6+ Months being exposed to the elements/ loud and messy environment.
