We have an exciting opportunity for a high performing, innovative, tech savvy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The candidate must have a passion for networking and advertising and is comfortable representing Win as a brand champion both in-person and on social media. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist must have the ability to analyze and utilize data to drive Win’s recruitment strategy. They must be committed to DEI&B as they seek to identify candidates who are considered the right fit in promoting the mission of the organization. This individual will partner with hiring managers and work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to execute high volume recruiting while ensuring a successful onboarding experience for each candidate.

Key Accountabilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Effectively manage the full lifecycle of all assigned requisitions with a recruiting process that includes initial kickoff meetings, targeted recruiting, candidate funnel management, regular hiring team update calls, interview pre-brief and debrief discussions through to close.

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate, driving the interview process and the offer process ensuring a great experience for the candidate and the hiring manager.

  • Support the development of TA programs and identify recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

    Networking & Advertising

  • Utilize market research, networking, and relationship management skills to build and maintain a network of inclusive, diverse talent.

  • Leverage various social media platforms to build Win’s talent pipeline with candidates who are committed to Win’s mission, vision and values.

  • Conduct outreach to colleges, universities, community placement offices and internal stakeholders to share open positions.

  • Create attractive and engaging advertisements and promotions to engage candidates whose personalities and life purpose are aligned with Win’s mission.

  • Plan, organize and lead job campaigns and career fairs to draw attraction to Win.

    Data Analytics

  • Prepare and present status reports to key stakeholders on talent pipeline and candidate activity.

  • Maintain accurate data on assigned positions.

  • Monitor and report on Talent Acquisition metrics and identify and share opportunities with hiring managers and leaders on how to drive attraction and retention of candidates.

  • Efficiently use applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity.

    Building Partnerships

  • S erve as talent advisor to report and recommend effective hiring strategies to hiring teams within the organization, using valid data to inform and influence.

  • Develop subject matter expertise within functional areas on organizational structure, policy, and practice to develop and implement hiring initiatives.

  • Maintain professional relationships with colleges, universities, community placement offices and internal stakeholders as prospective sources to attract qualified applicants.

  • Partner with temporary staffing agencies as needed.

  • Leverage other community partnerships to promote and champion the Win brand.

  • Collaborate with various departments within Win (e.g. IT, Payroll, Facilities, Programs) to ensure new hire processes are accurate and complete.

    Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to sit at a computer for most of the workday.

  • Must be able to use public transportation to attend Win meetings and other related events.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Commitment to Win’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or other related field, plus three (3) years of talent acquisition experience.

  • Display a high level of reliability and integrity to build trust and accountability within the team.

  • Customer focused mindset; strong oral and written communications skills

  • Creative and resourceful to find ways to deliver on time and quality.

  • Highly organized with strong relationship building and follow-up skills.

  • Familiarization with ATS (ADP) and Smartsheets.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP or SCP certification.

  • Bi-lingual, English/Spanish.

  • Knowledge of Canva Pro, creation of QR Code and Google links.
